Ming Tombs

Located in Changping District, Ming Tombs is the largest cluster of cemeteries in China. There are 13 emperors of the Ming dynasty and, what is more, twenty-three empresses and one highest-ranking imperial concubine were entombed here.
The construction of all these mausoleums took more than 200 years to complete until the doom of the dynasty. In ancient times, it was believed that although dead physically, a person's soul remained, still having human's needs. Hence, the emperor's mausoleums Ming Tombs look like imperial palaces. And the mausoleums paid attention to harmony between the tomb architecture and the surrounding environment—mountains, rivers and vegetation-to embody the philosophical view that man is an integral part of nature.

Badaling Great Wall & Mutianyu Great Wall

If time permits, I suggest you’d better visit both Badaling Great Wall and Mutianyu Great Wall. If you are the first time to visit Great Wall, then I recommend Badaling Great Wall that is the most famous and best preserved section of Great Wall.
Mutianyu Great Wall is a little far from Beijing downtown. However, it does not influent its attraction. As the most beautiful section of Great Wall, Mutianyu Great Wall draws millions of tourists. Besides, Mutianyu Great Wall is one of the most dangerous parts of Great Wall.

Olympic Stadium

Bird’s Nest and Water Cube are the main Olympic Stadiums in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Bird’s Nest entirely exposed the steel structures and let them become the most natural appearance, looks like a big nest. Water Cube was used as the place where hosted swimming.
Though Olympic Games have faded into memory, their allure is only likely to deepen. Until now, the number of memorable Olympic Stadiums could be counted on one hand.

Enjoy yourself during Holiday in Beijing .
