Quanjude is a famous Chinese restaurant known for its Quanjude Peking Roast Duck and its longstanding culinary heritage since its establishment in 1864 in Beijing, China.
The duck offered here is handcrafted with knowledge passed down by generations of palace chefs, dating back to the Qing Dynasty . The roasted ducks are a deep reddish brown and have a glossy silk-like skin that will rouse the appetite of all those who set eyes on them.
